As the product leader, you’ll be responsible for defining strategy, leading cross-functional execution, and launching innovative solutions. The Senior Product Manager will own key product initiatives from concept to delivery — whether it's driving first-time user success, optimizing the trial experience, or enabling teams to measure the ROI of their onboarding flows.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core areas of the platform, from customer discovery and roadmap definition, go-to-market strategy and delivery and iteration. In addition, you will lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and goals, prioritize opportunities, define clear problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses to guide decision-making. You'll also represent the voice of the customer and advocate for high-quality, user-centered product development.
