We’re looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our growing team and help shape Redox’s pricing strategy as we continue scaling across multiple customer segments. This role is a critical bridge between Finance, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring that pricing decisions drive growth, profitability, and customer value. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, deep business acumen, and hands-on experience modeling complex pricing structures in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. You’ll own pricing models, analyze market and customer data, and provide strategic recommendations.
Job Responsibilities include owning and evolving pricing models across product lines and customer segments, developing and analyzing deal-level pricing, and leading financial modeling to assess new pricing structures and promotional strategies. This role serves as the subject matter expert on pricing analytics and deal strategy.
