Engineering Manager - Release Monitoring

LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to play a key role in building a new product line on the Release Monitoring team. You’ll be part of the Release Observability group, which is focused on making every release safer, faster, and more reliable. Our mission is to redefine how software is released: automating release processes, measuring the real-time impact of feature rollouts, and simplifying debugging when things go wrong. As the engineering leader of the Release Monitoring team, you’ll be helping us harness the power of LaunchDarkly’s Observability SDKs that power our customers' applications, and aggregate all the data to measure user impact, and use them to make smart decisions about releases. In this role, you’ll balance technical leadership and people management as you drive the development of impactful user-facing features and foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
