The Talent Experience Specialist will create meaningful and engaging experiences for the global team. This role focuses on building connections, fostering growth, and ensuring talents feel supported throughout their journey. The role involves owning the end-to-end employee journey, building relationships, designing engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and partnering with leadership to design recognition programs. Identifying growth opportunities, supporting managers, and coordinating learning & development efforts are also key responsibilities. The talent experience specialist will collaborate with the HR & Admin team.
