Position Summary:
- As a strategic senior member of the Product Management team, the Product Director reports to the Sr. Vice President of Applications and Product Management and is responsible for end-to-end success of Industrial Gas Plants.
- This role drives product strategy, roadmap, market research, and continuous improvement, working globally across all markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage life cycle of Industrial Gas Plants including Air Separation Units, Nitrogen Generators, and Oxygen Generators.
- Develop product strategy, conduct market research, identify customer needs, and lead new product development and innovation.
- Provide sales support, engage with customers, and develop inorganic growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years industry experience with related equipment, preferably in technical sales, project management, or general management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or Business with relevant work experience.
- Strong financial skills and knowledge of cryogenics and industrial gas markets.
