Manage organization setup and maintenance for vendors, customers, employees, and 1099s.
Process semi-monthly payroll for multiple entities in Paylocity and post payroll transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and month-end balance sheet account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3+ years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Unanet (required) and experience with accounts payable, payroll, and GAAP.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
