Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee the execution of IT operations and maintenance services, acting as the primary interface for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for project management. Key responsibilities include: Program Oversight: Plan and manage all project tasks, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and cost objectives. Strong experience with WAN and LAN Networks, Routing, switching as well as mobility and cloud in a 24x7 environment. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between project teams, leadership, and contractors for effective communication. Project Plan Development: Create and maintain a project management plan detailing scope, schedule, resources, and quality controls.
