This position supports OHSU's missions of healing, teaching, and discovery by partnering with the research community to navigate the administration of sponsored projects. Key duties include monthly award management, which involves reviewing accounts, creating invoices, and correcting posting errors. The role also includes monitoring accounts receivable, resolving payment issues, and creating reports on outstanding balances. Compliance is a critical aspect, requiring the interpretation and application of federal, non-federal, and institutional policies. The coordinator must assess risks, resolve departmental issues, and ensure actions meet audit standards. The role involves significant customer service, requiring expertise in university research administration practices and regulations.
