Provide leadership across PIV issuance, lifecycle management, and enterprise credentialing operations.
Deliver PKI technical support, including certificate lifecycle management, OCSP/CRL troubleshooting, and alignment with Federal PKI policies.
Support Department modernization of PACS/LACS infrastructure in accordance with FIPS 201-3.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience supporting federal ICAM, PIV, PKI, or identity-focused IT programs.
Demonstrated technical expertise in authentication, authorization, credentialing, and identity lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies including .NET, Java, J2EE, XML/XSL/SOAP, SQL, and system integration frameworks.
