Director of Engineering

• Lead and scale the Enterprise Password Management organization: Set and align vision and strategy with company priorities; build and organize teams; partner cross-functionally to establish roadmaps; and own delivery execution for enterprise credential management capabilities.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive credential management: Drive the direction and outcomes for enterprise password management, ensuring deep integration with IAM, SSO, SIEM, and developer tooling ecosystems.
• Uphold and evolve 1Password's zero-knowledge security model: Ensure the platform maintains uncompromising security standards while delivering exceptional usability.
