Tooling Program Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the portfolio of internal automation and AI tooling to scale operations and hit agent efficiency targets.
• Partner directly with Operations leadership, define the roadmap, and drive delivery across multiple complex initiatives.
• Translate operational problems into systems-level solutions, ensuring a high execution bar and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Demonstrate technical portfolio thinking to break down complex business problems and design scalable solutions.
• Show execution discipline with a clear model for project management from discovery through delivery.
• Exhibit stakeholder influence by communicating effectively across functions and resolving cross-functional challenges.
• Display a leadership trajectory with motivation to grow into a people management role within 6-12 months.
