Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer Salesforce integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing codebase, resolve bugs, and implement new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs. Responsibilities include being part of an agile team to develop a scalable, highly available global voice platform; collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders and Test Engineers; troubleshooting and supporting current platform in production, embracing DevOps; and implementing software code using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies.
