Head of Business Operations

Drive accountability across Kiln and turn business-critical strategy into action. Partnering with the leadership team, you’ll build and run the company’s operating system while owning outcomes: establish clear decision rights, enable cross-functional execution, and use data to guide priorities and measure impact. You’ll lead high-leverage initiatives to align teams and accelerate delivery — a hands-on operator and force multiplier to the COO and the organisation, leading with clarity, speed, and rigour. Define and drive decision-making systems across Kiln, maintain a live heat map of operational risks, lead cross-team initiatives, partner with technical teams to align investments with the roadmap, raise the standard of operational management, own the company KPI tree. Craft concise narratives for leadership and stakeholders and institutionalise a lightweight operating cadence.
