Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product & Engineering strategic finance function, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Develop and manage strategic planning and forecasting processes for key investments.
- Provide decision support through financial insights and scenario analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Exceptional communication and business partnering skills with executive teams.
Compensation & Culture:
- Salary range: $189,000 - $251,000 annually, plus bonus pay.
