Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and creating client relationships. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with clients serving as their main point of contact Selling CIQ’s enterprise linux products to engage enterprise customers Identifying new business opportunities and openings in the market to expand CIQ’s client base Monitoring trends and competitors activities to strategize and implement new strategies Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions Managing the entirety of the sales cycle from prospecting to securing a new client with a deal Negotiating agreements with potential clients Effectively communicating with clients to resolve any issues to guarantee customer satisfaction with CIQ’s products and services
