Job Description
Lead Software Delivery: Lead end-to-end software delivery, which includes architecture design, hands-on development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support for the ecommerce platform.
Technical Mentorship: Serve as a technical mentor and coach for engineers across levels, supporting code reviews, technical decisions, and skill development. Drive Innovation: Stay current with new technologies and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
Strategic Influence: Partner with Product Design and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable user-focused features that elevate business value. Influence architectural direction and propose improvements that enhance system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Simplify Components: Identify opportunities to simplify legacy components, reduce technical debt, and deliver long-term efficiency gains.
Reliability and Ownership: Own reliability monitoring, alerting, and incident response for mission-critical systems. Champion modern engineering practices including clean architecture, unit testing, automation, performance optimization, and observability.
