Sales Enablement at YDC drives performance in this role. This role builds the systems, content, and training that power our GTM team to sell faster, smarter, and with more confidence. You'll lead enablement across the entire sales journey from onboarding new reps to prepping the team for product launches and deal closing moments. Requires someone who understands the rhythm of a sales floor and the technical nuance of our AI platform.
Working closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
Lead the design and execution of enablement programs that align with GTM strategy and drive measurable sales outcomes; build onboarding, training, and certification paths tailored to AI buyers and technical sales cycles.
