Role and Mission:

  • Play a critical role in delivering compassionate, seamless service to valued members, primarily older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Go beyond answering questions to build caring connections and own the member experience, always aiming for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with provider network and claim inquiries, benefit questions, and complex service needs, proactively identifying solutions.
  • Answer incoming contacts within established service levels while managing sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Thoroughly document all member interactions in real time to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.

Requirements and Environment:

  • Requires 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or Medicare Advantage, and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and contact center solutions.
  • Workspace must be free of distractions with sufficient internet bandwidth and technology to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
