Senior Counsel

The Senior Counsel will be responsible for advising and guiding the Endpoint Clinical Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on legal matters. You will be responsible for developing legal strategies to protect and promote Endpoint’s interests, ensuring the delivery of legal services to accomplish corporate goals strategies, and priorities. This role involves managing the negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. The Senior Counsel contributes to and supports the company's goals to deliver best-in-class clinical trial technology and client success. The Senior Counsel candidate should have interest in growing in this role to eventually provide full scale General Counsel services to Endpoint Clinical, including building out a Legal & Compliance Department and team as the company expands.
