Responsibilities:
- Perform the Onboarding of our solutions with our customers
- Assist the Sales Account Executive team in the formulation of ROI (Return on investment) projects
- Collaborate with our Sales team to manage renewals and expansions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience in industrial fields, reliability, and maintenance
- Experience with SaaS B2B applications, Hubspot, and/or other CRM
- Previous experience working in manufacturing plants or Engineering fields
