Responsibilities:

Perform the Onboarding of our solutions with our customers
Assist the Sales Account Executive team in the formulation of ROI (Return on investment) projects
Collaborate with our Sales team to manage renewals and expansions

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the industrial sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferable
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Bonus Points:

Experience in industrial fields, reliability, and maintenance
Experience with SaaS B2B applications, Hubspot, and/or other CRM
Previous experience working in manufacturing plants or Engineering fields
