Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft D365 CE Sales

**About the Project:**

• The client is undergoing an enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformation focused on modernizing sales operations.
• The project spans discovery, functional design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of a D365 Sales solution built on Dataverse and Power Platform.
• This is a senior, client-facing engagement requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, and the Solution Architect throughout the implementation lifecycle.

**What You'll Do:**

• Lead discovery workshops with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT stakeholders to document and define requirements.
• Design and configure D365 Sales capabilities, including leads, opportunities, pipeline, quotes/orders, pricing, territories, forecasting, and Copilot-enabled features.
• Own data migration requirements by leading workshops, defining mappings, transformations, and validation rules, and supporting cleansing and reconciliation.

**What Makes You a Great Fit:**

• 8+ years delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with strong Sales module depth.
• Proven track record as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise implementations.
