Director, Product Management (AIOps)

PagerDuty is looking for a Director of Product Management, AIOps, to lead the charge in building the industry’s best event orchestration and automation platform. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the vision, roadmap and delivery of our rapidly evolving AIOps product—developing the next generation of intelligent event management and a seamless integration ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of vision, execution, and team leadership. You’ll report directly to the SVP of Product Management to set our strategic direction with peers leading Incident Management and AI & Automation product areas. To succeed, you’ll inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional value to our customers—and drive growth for PagerDuty. The ideal candidate will develop unique, market-leading AIOps capabilities that leverage PagerDuty’s enriched event streams from a robust and growing set of integrations. This role is targeting candidates currently located on the East Coast (EST time zone).
