Job Description

Territory Sales Managers have the autonomy to plan their travel accordingly and are often on the road Tuesday-Thursday. This position involves developing and maintaining business partnerships and sales activities with tire dealers, National, and Government Accounts. Opportunities include engaging with existing Continental customers, attending sales meetings in various destinations, and participating in MLS and racing events to entertain customers, including hosting key customers and fleets at the BMW driving school. The role also involves identifying opportunities for new product lines, coordinating sales and training with accounts, retaining and growing existing accounts, and soliciting new business by executing the sales strategy. Effective territory management is crucial to meet corporate objectives, analyze market conditions, and provide data on market trends and competitive products.
