Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support across SAP environments, maintaining system availability, security, and performance.
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related infrastructure.
- Support SAP RISE environments, including SaaS transformation and hybrid cloud configurations.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience providing technical support for SAP landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP RISE, Oracle-to-HANA migrations, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash and PowerShell) and familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow.
Benefits:
