Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deal intake and cross-functional alignment, ensuring complete inputs and documentation across the deal lifecycle.
- Shape pricing and commercial structures early, support channel deals, and advise on SaaS mechanics like multi-year terms and migrations.
Commercial Governance:
- Review pricing, discounting, and contract terms, partnering with Finance and Legal to assess risk and ensure alignment with financial metrics.
- Manage approval workflows, enforce pricing policies, and handle exception processes to improve policies and systems.
Operational Execution:
- Build and validate quotes for various deal scenarios, troubleshoot CPQ issues, and collaborate to enhance CPQ rules and automation.
- Prepare compliant booking packages, support month-end close, and track Deal Desk KPIs to drive continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes.
