Job Description
As a Senior IT Manager, you will oversee IT Service Management, managing the IT Service Desk and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with service level agreements for a global remote workforce. You will also direct IT Team Leadership by leading a global team of IT system administrators and help desk professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Application & Asset Management: Administer Mac and Windows workstations along with key cloud services including Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, and AWS Workspaces. Coordinate IT projects, handle recurring tasks, manage business continuity planning (BCP), and incidents to ensure continuous operational efficiency. You will also support the strengthening of security postures across all IT systems & services, and assist with compliance initiatives, including training, phishing simulations, vulnerability management, data loss prevention (DLP), incident management, and audits. Monitor and report on IT functions, and recommend new vendors and technology solutions to enhance system effectiveness and user satisfaction. This role requires strong experience in security incident prevention, detection, and response, with familiarity with security assurance standards such as SOC 2.
