Director of Partnerships

Fundraising:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
• Lead growth, retention, and engagement to ensure strong value.
• Track donor meetings and fundraising activities.

Engagement:

• Serve as a primary connector between members, sponsors, and the Alliance.
• Design and deliver opportunities for meaningful interaction.
• Translate member feedback into actionable improvements.

Required Skills:

• Build strategic relationships to enroll partners into the mission.
• Ability to ask for funding in an engaging and effective manner.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen financial sustainability.
