Serve as the front line for technical support requests from Roadie’s network of senders and internal departments. The ideal candidate is eager to be in a fast-paced environment where they can broaden their technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The Integrations Support Engineer should be both tech-savvy and business-oriented, combining the best of both worlds to ensure an effective and seamless experience for Roadie's customers.
Monitor several systems to manage tickets and triage requests to appropriate person or team within Engineering. Guide customers on the use of our REST API, webhooks, and other relevant partner integrations. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce reported issues in a timely manner. Monitor open items to ensure all issues are properly processed, documented/logged, assigned and relevant parties are updated. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams. Contribute to our API documentation and best practices knowledge base. Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues and seeking clarity to drive effective solutions.
