Overview:
- Support the planning, development, and delivery of solutions that streamline communication workflows for hospital operators, switchboard staff, and healthcare contact centers.
- Work closely with product leaders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to help define user stories.
- Manage the product backlog, and contribute to the evolution of our operator console platform.
Essential Functions:
- Translate customer, stakeholder, and business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including program increment planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and analyze usage data, customer feedback, and support trends to inform future backlog items.
