Principal Platform Product Manager - Billing & Authentication

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the definition of core services every product depends on, starting with billing and identity.
• Own billing & payments strategy: subscriptions, plans, pricing, payment recovery, and the Stripe migration.
• Manage identity & authentication: sign-in, SSO, account access, and the permission model.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of Product Management in SaaS, with 4+ years owning billing or payments.
• Fluent in billing systems like Stripe, Zuora, or Chargebee, and conversant in identity and authentication.
• Technically credible: can read API specs, write SQL, and engage confidently on estimates and design.
