Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted engagement strategies for key accounts in assigned regions.
- Profile treatment centers to assess readiness, patient care models, referral patterns, and logistical infrastructure.
- Identify and address barriers to care, including infusion capacity, billing/coding challenges, and payer dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years in a commercial, market development, or strategic customer engagement role within biotech/pharma.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare dynamics, market access, and reimbursement pathways.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
