Job Description
The Business Development Director role involves:
- Proactive business acquisition, initiating and nurturing fresh relationships with prospects.
- Strategic pipeline building and driving new revenue across global markets.
- Identifying opportunities for up and cross-selling products and services.
Territory and Account Strategy:
- Co-creating strategic growth plans with Client Services to identify priority targets.
- Translating strategic objectives into actionable tactics and ensuring timely execution.
- Establishing a feedback loop with internal stakeholders to ensure continued engagement.
Prospecting and Stakeholder Management:
- Conducting outbound research and outreach to new pharma/biotech targets.
- Building external credibility through direct email, LinkedIn, conference engagement, and on-site visits.
- Collaborating with Inizio SMEs, Medical Writers, and Consulting leads to develop tailored proposals.
