Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and delivery for software implementations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while serving as the primary client point of contact.
• Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or cloud-based software implementation environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage client expectations and cross-functional collaboration.
