Project Manager

About the Role:

• The Project Manager will drive the delivery of technology projects and workstreams end to end across cross-functional teams.
• Working directly with a financial services client and US-based delivery leads, you will lead meetings, track progress, and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, cross-team dependencies, and resource assignments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery cadences, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers; establish mitigation plans and escalate critical items with clear analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing IT or software development projects with hands-on Agile methodology knowledge.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1) with confidence to lead meetings and present to US stakeholders.
