Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with software expertise to own delivery timelines for technology projects with retailer clients.
• You will work closely with engineering, product, solutions architecture, and account management to drive projects from kickoff to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery timelines and keep plans, milestones, and dependencies current in project management software.
• Run the delivery cadence with engineering, product, and SA: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, release planning, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Spot slippage early, assess impact, and push back clearly with engineering, product, internal teams, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects with engineering teams, ideally at a software, SaaS, or service provider.
• Expert, hands-on Jira experience and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Solid understanding of technical systems, APIs, and integrations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
