Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Lendbuzz and legal vendors, managing legal file preparation and vendor coordination.
- Maintain regular review of accounts referred for repossession and legal actions, coordinating with internal legal/compliance.
- Manage an account portfolio daily, establish reporting frameworks, and monitor performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4+ years in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections.
- Strong communication to manage external legal partners and hold vendors accountable.
- High integrity, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
