Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

- Document all nursing assessments in the patient’s medical record.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to coordinate appropriate patient care.
- Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills.
- Manage urgent/emergent medical situations in accordance with organizational protocols.
