As Product Lead, AI, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and leadership team to turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable impact. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and has the technical and operational depth to deliver projects hands-on. You will lead AI-driven initiatives across teams, fix execution gaps, and build systems that scale. Partner with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver on AI-driven initiatives and OKRs. Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale.
