What you will be doing:

Lead technical implementation, integrate with existing systems, and ensure fast path to outcomes.
Proactively train users and stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
Be the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues and delivering workshops.

What you Bring with you:

8+ years in technical customer-facing role with proven track record of driving adoption.
Strong engineering skills including Python, TypeScript, and production experience with LLMs.
Ability to train, influence, and communicate clearly across all levels, with willingness to travel 20-40%.
