Job Description

This position requires eight years of sales management experience in a healthcare environment, preference given to those with diagnostics or medical sales experience. The candidate should have demonstrated success operating in a collaborative and effective manner in a matrixed organization. The role involves attaining regional goals for the Kidney Care channel and hiring, training, and retaining an effective sales team. Coaching, motivating, and developing sales talent is expected; as well as establishing regional action plans and market strategies. Regular field travel is required.
