Job Description

The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing mobility operations within their assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, with significant experience as in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more. Responsibilities include overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment, providing detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning, and monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team Leaders, addressing and resolving complex escalated employee and client complaints, and assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations.
