Kodex is experiencing exceptional growth and we’re looking for a highly driven and technically adept Solution Engineer to join our sales team. Kodex helps highly-regulated companies handle law enforcement requests in a more secure and efficient manner. As digital crime has exploded, so has demand for our unique solution. This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technical solutioning, pre-sales strategy, and customer onboarding. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with Account Executives to help acquire and expand customer relationships. You’ll serve as an expert on the Kodex platform—particularly our APIs and workflow capabilities—to drive adoption and deliver business value during key sales and early implementation engagements. In the near term, you will also play a critical role in directly supporting early-stage implementations, helping customers configure, validate, and go live with Kodex. Experience supporting post-sale implementations or onboarding efforts, with an eye for efficiency, clarity, and value realization.
