Primary Function of Position:
- Surgeons utilize robotic surgical devices to enhance precision and improve patient benefits.
- The CSR focuses on clinically selling to maximize the da Vinci Surgical System's utilization in the Baltimore, MD territory.
Essential Job Duties:
- Partner with a manager to develop a utilization sales strategy and mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration.
- Support marketing events for awareness and develop plans to ensure surgical teams can use the system unsupervised.
- Drive user base expansion with KOLs, mentor new team members, and responsibly manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales, with a required Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed, with knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
- Proven record of success, ambition, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a high-energy team environment.
