Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years in business operations, analytics, or similar roles with an understanding of the health system market.
- Advanced expertise in BI tools and comfort working with large, messy, healthcare-specific datasets.
- Ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
