Job Description
Mango Languages is seeking a Corporate Counsel with deep experience in SaaS and commercial contracts to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, DPAs, and NDAs. The candidate will draft and review RFP responses in collaboration with the legal team and support the Sales team with contract review. You will provide general legal support to internal teams, including HR and Operations. You will also help maintain contract templates and legal guidance documents, support Mango’s ISO 27001 certification and data privacy posture. Additionally, they will improve legal operations by contributing to more efficient contract workflows and document management.
