Job Description
The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handover of new business from the Sales team to Project Management at Loka. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, managing internal and external kick-off meetings, and delivering training on our service offerings. The role also involves independently leading smaller-scale projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring. A key aspect of the role is process improvement and documentation to ensure consistency across engagements.
