Job Description
Stand up and lead our first-ever inside sales motion. Prioritize high-intent inbound leads and design systems to qualify at scale. Leverage automation (e.g., email tools, HeyGen, scheduling workflows) to focus your time on the right providers. Test communication tactics and funnel design to improve conversion rates. Partner with RevOps to build smart routing logic and reporting infrastructure. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to improve the end-to-end provider experience. Share learnings with leadership and help define how this function scales (e.g., SMB vs. MM vs. Enterprise segmentation).
