Analyst 3, Business Applications

The Business Applications Analyst will focus on Workday functions, aiming to improve HR processes.

• Collaborate with HR SMEs on system design and user experience.
• Support business needs efficiently using Workday Absence/Compensation/Benefits/Performance Management/Talent Management functionalities.
• Analyze business needs and ensure successful implementation of new functionalities.

Responsibilities include managing Workday configuration and leading process enhancements.

• Manage Workday configurations around Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, and Talent Management.
• Responsible for Workday process enhancements and special projects, applying project management skills.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs and vendors on system design decisions and complex issue resolution.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Workday experience.

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Basic project management skills are necessary.
