Event Strategy & Leadership:

  • Own the overarching events and activations strategy across Oura’s commercial business, partnership portfolio, and consumer-facing brand moments.
  • Build the long-term vision for how events support commercial growth, healthcare credibility, and premium brand positioning.
  • Establish clear operating models, processes, and cross-functional ways of working.

Commercial, Partnerships and Consumer Activations:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for commercial events, sports partnership activations, and major consumer-facing experiences.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams.
  • Ensure all event experiences reflect Oura’s premium brand standards.

Operations, Infrastructure & Team Scale:

  • Build and scale Oura’s event infrastructure including playbooks, templates, budget management systems, and reporting frameworks.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing events team over time.
  • Define KPI frameworks for measuring event success across awareness, engagement, and ROI.
