About the Role:
- Lead a dedicated team in executing B2B technology events ranging from 100 to over 5,000 attendees.
- Drive operational efficiencies and develop systematic tools to deliver exceptional events on time and within budget.
- Inspire cross-functional teams to align with global event and company strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of event managers to manage an annual portfolio of proprietary events.
- Work closely with senior leadership to create and refine event operations strategies against OKRs.
- Design robust operational structures and processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in event operations marketing roles, preferably in brand-side or agency.
- 7+ years in high-growth enterprise technology environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and inspiring cross-functional collaboration.
